FRID announces the opening of the newest QA testing site in Delray Beach! 

FRID is pleased to announce its newest QA testing site at S. D. Spady Elementary School located at 901 NW 3^rd St., Delray Beach, FL  33444. The Site Coordinator for this site is Lawrence Fleck.  His contact information and QA dates will be posted on the FRID website at:  http://fridcentral.com/qadates.php.

At the moment this site will be available for the written test ONLY.  The performance test will be offered at this site in coming months.  Please check the FRID website for updates. If you would like to be scheduled for a written test at this new location, please follow the application instructions at:  http://fridcentral.com/qa.php.

Theatre Interpreting Workshop Presented by CJ Jones was a huge success!

Saturday, April 19, Tri-FRID sponsored a workshop presented by internationally renowned actor, producer, and director, CJ Jones. A total of 30 participants laughed their way through the enjoyable, hands-on workshop; everyone indicated they had a blast while learning to think more visually, loosen the body, and add more facial expression to improve interpreting.

The workshop was held at the new Spanish River Library in Boca Raton, which is more centrally located in our member service area. The beautiful new facility allowed us to host the workshop in an 84-person capacity community room. There is also a café right on the premises with freshly made pastries, sandwiches, salads, soups and a variety of coffee. There is also plenty of parking which is a big plus!Tri-FRID will no doubt be using this location for future workshops.
